My house insurance on my holiday home is up for renewal soon and I am looking for a policy that will allow periods of unoccupancy longer than my current policy which is 30 days max.
Given COVID and the 90 days in rolling 180 situtation 30 days unoccupied just won't cut it anymore.
Also will having an extended unoccupied period mean regular inspections ?

Alfonso at Gran Alacant is excellent. He sorted out my policy that allows 180 days unoccupied. He comes recommended on here.
