Hello all.
Looking for recommendations for a Notary to make a Spanish Will.
I remember Jim doing his in Almoradi some time ago but I can't remember the name of the Notary he used ?
I'm based in San Luis.
Any recommendations appreciated.

It was Notaria de Jose Carlos Perez Juan, Av. Principe Espana, Almoradi.
Had mine done there, very good service overseen by British paralegal on staff at the time, about four years ago.

We also used Jose Carlos Perez for our wills and then later for POA. Excellent service. Be specific about what type of will you require and ask as many questions as you like as they will give all the advice needed.

I would always recommend anyone considering arranging a Spanish Will who has non-Spanish speaking, UK-based beneficiaries take a read of this https://thywill.es/news/when-you-die-in-spain-its-not-just-about-what-will-happen-its-also-about-what-wont
It just gives a little bit more of a perspective regarding what happens after you pass away as opposed to just focussing on saving a few Euros up front.
