Hello every one my name is eileen, my husband and I will be retiring to Spain with in the next couple of years, in the mean time I am trying

Answers in respect of current general rules and regulations can be found on the Citizens Advice Bureau Spain site. For anything to do with driving in Spain look at the N332 site.

Welcome to the forum Eileen. Great advice re Jim´s Guides and there are many businesses which can help you with all the bureaucracy. We used uma@getlegalinspain and her website shows the type of things she covers. She speaks perfect English and will travel to you. She made the appointments for us, told us which documents were needed and number of copies (hundreds!) and where to meet. If you are not confident driving, she will meet you somewhere you know and take you in her car.
Enjoy your planning and don´t be afraid to ask because sometimes just a link to a relevant website might be all you need.
