Thank you for Your response which was really heart warming. Its so nice that you are living your life in your husbands memory and that you have no regrets. I'm so happy that you are his strength to continue living your dream within his dream, very brave  I hope I can be brave too and live my life the way I really need to. I myself have had some tough times but I am a strong person with some delicate threads running through, I'm hoping to get a break soon to look around. I so need to do this  for myself  it's just confusing with everything you need to do

Hi girls. One area to consider is Las Filipinas in Orihuela Costa. Prices are still pretty good, only 8km to the nearest beach, a 5 minute drive to La Zenia shopping centre, bars and restaurants everywhere and not too noisy.

Hi Anne-there is lots of good advise on this forum-I took early retirement this year (timed perfectly in March) before UK locjdown started.....I purchased a Spanish bolthole in Toretta Florida just minutes from Haberneras and there are many Brits in my area- also Norwegians/Irish etc and everyone is so friendly-The Marina Bar is just behind my house -it has a pool and entertainment/dancing almost every day of the week-great way 2 meet people! I bought thru Alegria estate agents in Torre and everything was a breeze-good luck with your search and hope the info on here helps you😉
