Hi Caz,

Great to hear that you are interested in the Aguas Nuevas area.
It is a great area to live or have a holiday home. Really, I have multiple colleagues who live their and they all like it a lot. The fact is that there are many residents, all nationalities and multiple commercial centers. Everything is right at your doorstep.

The beach from La Mata - Torre La Mata is fantastic. A nice, wide golden sandy beach. During summertime there are various beach bars (chiringuitos) where you can enjoy a drink. Multiple supermarkets and also an Iceland supermarket (much desired by UK residents).

There are several schools in the area, at least 4 that I can think of.
Of course the schools will be depending on the age of the children.

Some urbanisations will be better then others, that is the case without doubt.
I work for an estate agent at Aguas Nuevas (Z-Yachting), feel free to view their website or to contact us.

I wish you a good house hunting ;-)

Thank you Sonia for your advice it is much appreciated. It sounds like a lovely place to live the house we have seen is lovely so all our fingers are crossed it doesn't go before 21st. I will have a look at your page too. Do you do long term rents or is it just sales. Many thanks again.

Hi again Caz,

My pleasure, it is a great place to live.
We only do sales.

Good luck with the property search
