We have, I can honestly say it was the most stressful time, we were let down at every turn.
It started with us not being told as we had only a part load, our goods would not be delivered until they had a full load coming to Spain.
We flew out on 20th October, our furniture eventually arrived 6 weeks later, we only had the clothes we brought with us, two camp beds that were left in the apartment, so we were really up a gum tree, we were led to believe that our furniture would be here in Spain within a week 2 weeks tops, this turned out to be less than truthful.
No one bothered to return our calls, calls back were promised but never received, eventually we had to get the sales director involved, when the furniture did arrive the TV was damaged beyond repair.
The sales director eventually had to contract our delivery to another company.
It was Movers International they were great they have an office in Preston 01772651570 and Alicante 0034965770639 the movers made sure the beds were set up, furniture in place, wish we had used them, thought Brittania were a reputable company, they were certainly not the cheapest by any stretch.
I was so stressed, when all your worldly goods are who knows where and you can't get a straight answer from the company who have them you start to wonder if anyone cares.
Britannia's customer service certainly needs improving. In all honesty I would advise you to steer clear of this company. I like the fact that Movers International have an office here in Spain, so any problems you can go there and speak to someone.
