Hi all quick question, just wondered if anyone could recommend a solicitor to support with a move from the UK. We're currently in touch with My lawyer in spain but wanted to check this is the best company to help oversee purchase of a property and also;
Survey, Property Check, Power of attorney, TIE and Setting up Spanish bank account .

Best idea way take advice, not from the sellers or there agent, and to get recommendations, and why over others you should use the company, over others, get quotes from your chosen 2 or 3 and then compare and meet them and discuss.
Most people will recommend firms they have used, most people do not check thoroughly before employing a legal representative in Spain, should they? reading the forums I think the answer can only be yes,
Use the same in Spain as the UK, the only person who in the end looks after you is YOU.
We can give advice it is up to you how you use it.
