Good afternoon everyone. I'm just wondering if anyone can enlighten me on this. I am wanting to be close to all amenities. I have a limited budget upon the sale of my house, I am hoping to get a visit to toraviaja  soon as I get my annual leave, I have heard that there are properties within my budget but I'm unsure of the area they are in and as I am moving on my own I need to make sure 200% that the area is not isolated and has everything close by in walking or cycling distance, I'm into bodybuilding so hoping there is a gym too. What the average rental is in those areas, and how can I get info on house prices, I'm new to this so apologies for asking so much

Hi Anita

I only saw 1 gym when I visited torrevieja and it was when I visited the Friday market about 30 minutes walk from the seafront in Calle Maria Asunta 03183, thats not to say its the only one in the area. I presume also there would be a gym in the Habaneras Shopping Centre but only guessing really, just googled area have seen approx 12 in a small area so nothing to worry about there.

Thank you Melissa I'm hoping there will be more as all Gyms are different  I've trained in quite a few, I'm hoping everything will be OK and fall into place eventually
