Hi all

First post on site so please be patient with me.

I am looking to buy holiday home after brexit. I am unsure as to what areas I should be looking at. I am looking for places that have the holiday feel, lots of bars restaurants and british community.

Can anyone recommend best parts of torreviieja that are suited to my needs.

Also looking for recommendations of other parts of costa blanca that you think would suit.

I have a budget of approx. £75,000 as well as all my fees.

Thank you for any help you may have.

Alan

Hi Alan

I'm in the same boat as you. Looking for exactly the same

Comming in over for a scout of the areas and a look at some property beginning of October.  Hope the £ isn't affected much post Brexit.  Hoping ehat I'm looking now on internet isn't beyond my price range post brexit.  I will be reading replies to your post with interest.  Good look with your search.

Mark

Hi yes I can also recommend Rob and Tracy we did not buy the other in the end ( 2 years looking ) but they really were good , also take a look on Kyero and in spain there are lots of estate agents that do not advertise online.

Best of luck enjoy your serch

I can highly recommend Zoe Humphries , a lovely,  friendly , Scottish lady who finds properties for you independently of any travel agent.  She really takes the time to find out what you want, shows you around different areas and helps with every aspect of purchase.

Hi All

We too are on the hunt for a house, we are both 70 yrs old, drive here twice a year (came home last week :-) )... rent for 8 weeks, now its time to buy, budget of around 85,000 euros.. need something with 2 beds and a back-yard or garden.as we have two Dachshunds to cope with..also would be good to have a place to park the car..need a place with Ex=pats, to make new friends..dont mind the area as I drive so even 20-30 min out of town is OK
