I was bitten in Los Locos a few years back, a fair nip too. Have to say , I was fairly impressed as the only fish I saw were small. No issues since in any waters or lakes......there but for the Grace of God.

Last year I was stung on the foot while standing in about 50cm of water. The sting lasted about 30mins. I still have a small lump there a year later. This year I was nipped a few times but it seemed to be small fish even in 10 cm of water but no damage.

Location Pilar de Horadada beach.

I’ve been bit a few times off the little buggers who swim in shallow waters ,in every sea I’ve Swam in. they usually go for little cuts or scratches on my legs 🙄

I wouldn’t worry though , I’ve dived with sharks never been attacked , but I’ve been attacked off a trigger fish while diving , that was scary had to swing for it with my torch the vicious little ####, I even got a photo which someone took somewhere of the culprit 😂

Sorry about your fish bite I keep getting bitten by half the time I don't know what usually spiders and mosquitos 5 weeks ago something bit my leg behind my knee and the whole top of my leg was red and swollen I'm still limping even though I spray myself lol

Try eating garlic tablets and maybe you would not smell so tasty to these critters and b4 ye all jump on my advice fish can't smell garlic under water just on top of BBQ's, thank you
