...  time get out and walk about.  Note positives and negatives. Now you are ready to visit an estate agent to enquire about an affordable home. Enquire about areas that have experienced flooding and take them off your list. 

Before arriving in Torrevieja, make a list of what you would like eg coastal walks, mountain views or whatever appeals to you.  Don’t let your heart rule your head. Remember what you actually would like and try to get it. 

You will notice on your trip by bus, many houses/ apartments are for sale privately.  Make a note if the ‘phone numbers.  Take a photo with your iPhone of the property, telephone number  and the area. This will give you something tangible to look at after you day of searching.  

I’m sorry that I can’t offer to help you during your visit as I don’t live in Spain. 

Many homes in Torrevieja don’t have the luxury of a pool, some do. The urbanisations on the outskirts usually have a community pool. Perhaps a pool isn’t important and if not, put that on your list!

You will have to put a lot of serious thought into your choice of home. Car parking, big or small outside space, proximity to sea/ beach, storage, close to bank, restaurants, health centres,supermarket and more.  Will you have a car when you come to live or will you use the bus? All vitally important factors.

You can do it!  Make plans and lists!

... i have sad this is the one.I would like to take a flight after the/  covid/if it is ever and.Or when i will have my vactin 2021 szeptember to Alicante and go to the Torrevija and surrounders.Of course I undestand it would be a fee for the service.But this is the only way i would like to do it.When i fall in love a street or a park or a little village.70000 eu what i will going to spend.But 50 or 60 voud be better.That is the idea now.But if i would finde something what i really want i can pay more.And i dont speek spanis at all.Not yet but i will.Thank You🙂🙂😅
