Thanks for your reply and yes I would really like one to one lessons .
If I can come to you that us not a problem . I don't drive out here but am on a bus route and also enjoy walking .

I am aware that my lessons may be a bit sporadic as I am not here all the time but can do recommended homework and have several Spanish books but have lacked the 'umph' to use them without correction or reason.
It would be good to meet if possible to discuss possibilities and fees . What do you think?

Hi. Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. This is the first chance I've had today. Realistically for us to have one to one lessons we would have to meet somewhere fairly central in Torrevieja as I also have a part time job in town so between the hours I am there and teaching, I don't have enough time to travel far from home. I meet a lady at the Casino in Torrevieja near the old port. Would that be convenient? I don't know where the bus from la Mata stops but it would be a long way to walk. A lot of people come and go but it doesn't mean that it is necessary to stop studying and learning. I often give people homework exercises to take away with them if they want them or indeed, as you say, to work from a good book can also be beneficial.
I charge 10 euros a class (one hour). If you are a beginner, I would start with material relating to that level. Generally, I meet new students with the intention of having a lesson as opposed to meeting for a chat so we can arrange to meet for a lesson unless there are some specific queries or points you wish to discuss before starting lessons, in which case please let me know.
