Hi Swingers,

I don't "hate" the Tories, but I loathe BoJo and the enabling Cabinet Ministers who tolerated his incompetence and lies because they believed he was a vote winner.

Despite being a Tory supporter most of my adult life, the Tories haven't had my vote since 2010 and, as a Remain voter, they are unlikely to ever get my vote again.  Although Brexit is not yet done, "Exit" is also not yet done until BoJo leaves office, so our country remains in limbo with a lame-duck Prime Minister.

Personally, I don't see Labour's stance on Brexit as a problem, because I don't believe we can rejoin the EU on the terms we previously enjoyed any time soon.  Where Starmer differs from BoJo is that he's prepared to rebuild a strong relationship with the EU, with mutual trust at its core.  Hopefully, this could eventually lead to bilateral agreements between the UK and the EU which address some of the worst impacts of Brexit.  I don't think that can happen unless the anti-EU bile is removed from the Tories, starting with Rees-Smug and the rest of the ERG, so ironically, a Labour government may be your best bet for reinstating Freedom of Movement and an exception of the Schengen rules for UK citizens.

Kind regards

Kim

Before abandoning "all hope to a socialist political agenda" & WELL before a change of government, consider the alternative options before an election & the "runners & riders" eg: Tom Tugendhat, a previous remainer, prepared to work with EU & despised by bojo. (also not affected or included by the present cabinets & their "comings & goings). Dificult to pronounce but his credentials ( in .my opinion) may fit the job. V

You're wasting your breath.

It's hard winning an argument with an intelligent person.

It's nigh on impossible to win one with idiots.

There you go reverting back to your personal insults calling an individual an idiot, you are a disgrace, but it seems your well backed up on here when it comes to insults, nobody calls you out but if I called you an idiot, I would be shot down in flames by the so called intellect of this group, but I can't here them calling you out how unusual.

The most remarkable thing about this thread, is not that Bojo clings to power, but that folk on here actually believe he's done a good job and that every previous PM was in some way worse than this charlatan, crook, thief and sex pest.

Brainwashed to a North Korean level.

You really are an arrogant creature, people are entitled to an opinion without you trying to dictate their beliefs or opinions

I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, even when they repeatedly post misinformation, but you're right, Wilbur, when it becomes clear that we're being trolled, best to just 'block' them 👍

Kind regards,

Kim
