Please can anyone recommend a good reliable enthusiastic property management and letting agent or just a letting agent and a reliable cleaning/management service.
I have a property that I would like to start advertising and have not had a good experience so far with the management service I have chosen.

I've got a friend that uses a company called management made easy.....he always raves on about how good they are...have a look on facebook for them.

My honest advise to you is do it yourself. Use trip advisor and other advertising out lets. It is very easy. Agents would use the same people. Agents will Promise you heaven and earth and talk big but fail to deliver. If you want to lose money then use an agent. Get yourself a key holder who will also double up as a cleaner and negotiate what you want done, I will guarantee you, that you will come out good. Just make sure you have your tourist licence in place. The tax you pay is small 19% of your takings after all deductions, i.e. Electricity, water and cleaning charges. Please forget agents they are not worth your time.

Hi , how did you go about finding a trustworthy key holder/cleaner, I had used agents before in Turkey and that was not a good experience for me, so want to avoid that path again, thank you.
