Hi, Coming over to Torrevieja in early October, can anyone recommend good restaurants with Vegan menu in the town or near by.

Beet Vegetariano just a block back from the central water fountain is a wonderful place for Vegetarian and Vegan meals. Can't get a link, so here's a screenshot...
Added Edit........... In fact, it's a fab place even if you aren't Vegetarian

Was also just about to suggest Beet, my favourite restaurant in town. I will add their Facebook link to give you some idea.
They do a Menu del Dia from 1pm Mon - Fri, 2 courses, a drink & bread, which I often colletct as a takeaway and then get my bus home closeby.
