Can anyone recommend: A briliant silicitor
I have a property in Torrevieja. The president miss uses his position and exploits the neibours. Without a mandate he has elliminated the English and Russian translations so that people wouldn't understand his illegal tricks. Whenever I notised domething illegal I pointed it out to all in 3 to 4 languages. He hated this so much that he proposed to use the legal system to get me ousted from the community.
In conseguance he presented 11 criminl charges and gave the wrong address. Because I didn't reply to the court's mail, a hearing was held with some excuse that I refused the mail, and I was condemend while I was abroard. With the appeal I was given 6 legal aid solicitors. One case I Iost because the president said that I lived at the property which he gave and they beleaved it. For some unknown reason one solicitor avoided seeing me. With so many cases this one case hasn't been appealed and the guilty sentence was confirmed. All other cases were unnulled with the appeal.
Some court official didn't do his job correctly. Because I was at the Guardia Civil for some other case on the 2 February and on the 18 March they held the hearing without having informed me of the charges. Even an animal has the right to be defended, why wasn't I given the sacrosant right to be defendede?
3 times I have been condemed for having done what this person on the phot is doing.
