... compressors can no longer be fitted to outside public facing walls. Your Community may have rules about the water outlet from the compressor. It cannot be allowed to drip down on your neighbour or out into community stairways, passages or walls. The vapour/water can be quite substantial. We were filling a 10ltr container with water overnight from the system vapour extraction all this week. That was from one large unit and one small unit.

...oom have a good look and think about where you are going to place the internal units. I would suggest if you don't intend putting a unit in every room that you site  the unit over the outside of the door leading into the room without a unit so that some of the cold air is blowing directly into that room and  cooling the both rooms at the same time.
