Can anyone recommend: Install new toledo

Hi,

Any advice please. We have had a quote for a new toledo (awning over the patio to keep out the sun) from a company called La Morena. The guy that measured up seemed to know what he was talking about and came up with some good ideas. My concern is that their quote asks for 50% up front. I'm a bit concerned about doing that. Has anybody else used this company or has anybody got any recommendations for a company to use.

I had a quote for windows from English company and it was 50% down the balance on Completion, it appears the normal,

Have taken a spin out to Los Montesinos as there is 3 or 4 company doing Toledo, just before you come to Los Montesinos village, it worth a go as I am getting my Windows from a Company in Los Montesinos and a good bit cheaper than any one else and it includes Relex glass can't see in from outside in Day light hours, but accepted 500 deposit, so Shop around best answer I can give you 😉

Good quality, good customer service & certainly did not ask for 50% deposit

We used Toldos Guardamar, quick and efficient, nothing up front and all measured and fitted within 72 hours. Ours is 10 years old and looks like new. DO NOT PAY UP FRONT..

Us, and a lot of our neighbours use Corona Blinds in Los Montesinos.

We paid 1.400€ for 3 toldos.

Quality blinds and strong attachments.

They do not fade at all.

George was the rep that came to us.

Yes,we paid 50% deposit,it's only fair that you do.

Hi Phil,

We've bought toldos from both Toldos Guardamar and Toldos Sirena, both in Guardamar del Segura. We were very pleased with the product quality and service from both companies. Whilst neither company asked for money upfront, I don't think it's unreasonable to ask for a small deposit when placing an order, but personally I think 50% is too much.
