Hello everyone,
We are in the process of completing on a 3 bed apartment near the centre of Torreviaja.
Can anyone suggest a good management company to help with the upkeep of our property as we will be looking to use it as a holiday let when we are not there.

The first thing you need to do is look into what is involved in getting a Tourist Licence and if you are allowed to rent out as some areas have stopped issuing permissions.

You start by applying for a Compatibility Certi ficate from the Ayuntamiento. They decide whether you can rent your property or not. Only if they agree, can you then apply for a Tourist Licence & all that it entails. ....it can take from 3months to more than 1 year to complete all the documentation & registration procedures.

As others have said, you need your Tourist License first, even if you use an agent rather than manage it yourself. If you make a search using those words you will find links to videos and guides about what that entails under our name. If you would like to ask anything you are welcome to pm us.
