Hello Graeme, I believe you will need permission from your local Ayuntamiento first so you should ask whoever you find if this is included in the price, get a written quote and ensure that you get a factura showing IVA (VAT). If you don't get a factura then you don't have a leg to stand on if anything goes wrong and on that subject, ask to see proof of their insurance.
