In a previous post you have said that you are non-resident so unless this has changed you should not be on the Padron. The Padron is a list of residents, not holiday home owners, and this might cause you tax problems as you are basically saying you reside here full-time and therefore fiscally resident.
Some municipalities have been guilty of encouraging holiday home owners to sign because it means they get more money and some of them have been heavily fined when caught.
