can I change my outdated Padron to a digital version without having to go to the Townhall to renew it?

I've never heard of the padron being digital. If it is I would imagine that would solve a problem for many people.
Have you actually heard if there is a digital version?

Same here, in some places you can renew online which presumably results in a printable document by email or perhaps a new padron in the post, those are not really digital versions though.
