I don't know Torre, but although the town hall is on Plaza de la Constitución, it looks like you have to go to C/ Unión Musical Torrevejense, nº 22 to get a padron:

I previously asked advice on where to obtain the Padron, having moved to El Pinet. The information received was that we had to go to Elche. In fact, this was incorrect. We have now obtained the Padron from the OMAC office in La Marina (main street). We produced all the relevant documents and the person who dealt with us was friendly and helpful. After 20 mins or so, he printed the Padron for us.

The Padron is usually obtained from your local town hall.   Are you in La Marina urbanisation or La Marina the small town as I cannot tell from your posting?   The urbanisation comes under the jurisdiction of San Fulgencio and the town comes under Elche.

We are moving into a house in El Pinet . We have noticed a sign to the municipal offices in La Marina the town, but it sounds from your reply that we will have to go to Elche to obtain the Padron. Is this correct? Thank you
