Non Resident Tax Modelo 210 - Making Payment

Good morning

I am completing my Modelo 210 for 2025. In the past I have taken this to my Spanish bank to pay but I have closed this and now use online banking through Wise. After I validate the record on the form and it has no errors how do I move forward to make payment (I would prefer to make payment right away). I believe you can enter your bank details but payment wont' be taken until Dec 2026 is this still the case and does it need to be a Spanish bank? Any help is appreciated a lot :)

Look at this link from the Andalucia Expats Forum. Pages 93 and 94 post from slapdash. It gives you the information you want to pay through your bank. Just make sure its Euros.

Hi Julie I've just paid mine for last year. I too only have a Wise account now so just had to pay it in cash at my local Sabadell bank. I did have to take along my passport. No problem whatsoever

Thanks Alan, Looks like I will do the same then I will have a receipt. Just thought the bank would be awkward because I don't have an account. :)

Yes you will get a stamped receipt. Do you know how to calculate the tax due? I have a copy of my last Modelo 210 so will next year's be the same calculation as the one I've just paid or does part of it change?

Hi Alan, I have only been doing this for the last 3 years. I initially got help from this forum on how to complete. The only part I’m aware that will change is the catastral value which you will get from your suma bill. I hope that helps! Julie

Alan571 the Valor cadastral will only change if there is a revaluation in your area or you do building works. Torrevieja had its last revaluation in 2010. They are supposed to happen every 10yrs but there is no talk of it yet so your RENTA/income tax remains the same. Revenue apply 2% as opposed to 1.1% of valor cadastral to areas who haven't done their revaluations in the last 10yrs.

Hi Bee thanks for some more good info! Are you saying that our Revenue calculation is at 1.1% then as we in Torrevieja have not had our valor cadestral revalued?
