Sorry to hear that re. Angar as I, ve used them for many years. Another company recommended on here is "Spanishtaxforms" they are based in UK and charge €34.95 too but an extra amount of €12 if you need them to pay it for you.

Just in case anyone is looking for options for submitting non-residents tax via an agent, I have now used Iberian Tax and found them to be extremely quick, proficient and courteous. (They charge €34.95, including submission to the tax office).  As an added extra, one can also access historical submissions on their portal.  www.iberiantax.com.

I still struggle to come to terms with paying someone to pay my bills!  I must get my digital fingerprint thingy sorted next time Im in Spain (hoping the queues at the offices where one can do this, arent so crazy as when i last tried! :-)).

Hi I use VP Advisers near Playa Flamenca, have used for ten years they have always been highly efficient they set up my Suma annual payment I don’t have to do anything but pay and my tax is processed and paid, they charge €40 I know you can save a few euros but I am happy they do a great job and don’t think you save anything if service is poor, plus send proof all paid, they also have conveyance solicitor in the same office. That is simply ripping you off and relying on your lack of awareness of the local market, as my earlier response  there are lots of alternatives I pay €40 for exactly the same thing and as soon as paid I receive proof from the tax office emailed straight to me. 

Euro 19.84 or 20.00 if you like, is only for the preparation of the 210.

But you will find that  as we are talking about  the NON-Resident Tax return, those who need to do the return and file it, are just that ! i.e. non residents individuals who want some1 local to fulfill all the tasks for them.

Angar ,this year, have quoted my wife and I, Euro 49.59+vat EACH  for preparing, presenting and paying the tax.

Last year they charged Euro 16.53 + vat EACH for doing the same work. So quite a steep increase there.

Good to know about IberanTaxServices , but I find the savings are minimal and they are based ...on the isle of Majorca, not Torrevieja.

In the light of this, even the solicitor's fee of Euro 150.00 does not look too bad :)
