I collected my Digital Signature in Playa Flamenca Suma Office 24th February this year.  Successfully downloaded onto my computer, you only have a certain amount of days to do this.....

Recently my computer died, I now have a new one but cannot download the Signature again as the time ran out.  I also have mislaid the English instructions.  My question is, do I need to make an appointment with the Suma Office to renew this signature, I have all the relevat paperwork except the instructions.  Thank you in advance

Basically yes however if you still have the hard drive from your old computer it's quite possible it could be recovered from that.

For the future save the .p12 file, which is the digital certificate, somewhere off computer or send it to yourself in an email.

You can use the same file to install the digital certificate on a phone.

Thank you but no I don't have access to the hard drive so I think I will have to make an appointment so they will give another English instruction, to start again I have all the original paperwork!

Hi Darro

I have a certificate on my wife's laptop, but I'd also like to have it on my Android devices - do you know how to do this?

Cheers
