Rental tax for non EU

Hello everyone
I am about to file my tax for the first time. I am a non EU citizen and I was told I can’t claim any expenses. Is this true? Is there a way around it? Thanks

You'll pay 24% tax too, used to be 19% before the 'B' word.

As a non-Eu resident the tax is 24% on the gross rental, no deductions. Lower rate and deductions permitted for EU residents only.
