Hi Paul and Sue,

As a non-resident Spanish property owner with no rental income, you will pay an imputed tax based on the catastral value of your property.  This website explains the tax and how it can be calculated:

https://spanishtaxforms.co.uk/spanish-property.html

Some members do their own Modelo 210 tax submissions, but others prefer to use an advisor, such as Spanish Tax Forms, who I personally recommend.

Kind regards,

Kim
