There’s loads of them online, depends on the genre you read. I tend to use NetGalley and pigeonhole because my favourite authors use those sites. But you have to give reviews, if you fall below a certain level you get blocked from receiving anymore.
If you have any favourite authors subscribe to their mailing lists. They usually send out pdf copies of a new book a week or so before publication and you just have to read it before the publication date and post a review online. Authors will normally specify where to leave reviews but it’s normally Amazon and Goodreads.
Sometimes things still get missed in the proof read, so if you spot an error in a story, email the author. I had one author whose book I read on publication day, spotted storyline errors on two separate occasions, so I now get advance copies sent through to me. Most of these authors self publish so it’s just a question of them correcting the error asap and then all digital copies are correct immediately.
Goodreads you can use as a book club and find friends with similar reading interests to you.
