I have been informed by Hidraqua that I need to obtain a "Cedula de Habitilidad" from the Town Hall. Does anyone know if this is a straightforward procedure or offer any advice. I was told that I should already have one but I have no recollection of it!

Thanks, will check my documents again. I’ve had the property for 13 years and don’t remember the solicitors name! Time for an internet search!

The apartment has been unoccupied for 3 years and I had the water disconnected - I worked away - I only assume as it’s being reconnected that why they need it?
