Hi Brian

All the electricity suppliers were obliged to change their tariffs onto 3 different costing time zones from 1st June. The bill is in two parts for June only -one part is up to 1st June (old system) and 2nd bill from 1st June. If you were on a day and night plan or a specific tariff it may not affect your costs but the electricity company must show how much electric you are using in the new system of 3 zones as well as your specific tariff (I found it very confusing!)

It should be back to one bill in July and hopefully you won’t see any price difference if you are on a tariff like might and day plan.

If not have a look at the numerous threads detailing the times of the zones etc and how to reduce costs

Hope this helps

Deirdre

Nothing to do-just wait until your next bill arrives.

If it splits the electric usage in 3 parts then you aren’t on a specific tariff and it MIGHT be worth swopping over. If it shows 5 splits this would indicate you are on a tariff. I’m on a day and night tariff so gonna try and upload a photo of my bill so you can know what to look for

Hope this helps
