Hola all.

We are looking at changing from Ibedrola to Octopus Energy?

We were astounded at our latest bill from Ibedrola.

€177 for one month.

We only started using our nightly bedroom air cons two days ago?

Any info would be of great help.

Gracias.

Pleasantly surprised.

Went to see the Ibedrola assistant in Carrefour.

Apparently the bill was for a two month period?

We are on he best tariff for us.

We have received a gift voucher for €20 to spend at Carrefour, plus we have 20% of the bills for the next 6 months.

Win,win situation, that we will review again in 6 months, with a view to changing.

At the moment,we are happy.

Hi, I changed from Iberdrola to octopus about 3 months ago. I was astounded how much cheaper they are. The only thing I don’t have with them is the kitchen appliances insurance but the savings are amazing.

We will stay with Ibedrola until the 6 months reduced electricity is in place, then look at changing.

I changed from Iberdrola to Octopus, so much cheaper. You just send them your latest bill and they will advise how much it would be with them, then if you are happy they do every thing for you.

Will certainly do that after the 6 months us up.

My daughter in the UK has had Octopus for many years now,and highly recommends them.

I have been on the night plan, but on one of my 6 monthly visits to re charge my contract,I was told the 24 hour contract was better for us,not the night time one.

We changed, and have found the bills reasonable, until the latest one.

Even though I translated the email to English,I couldn't find anything that stated the bill was for two.months not one.

Hence the visit.

Happy with the results (for now)
