I have been trying to find someone to help.  I have natural gas for hot water only, Nedgia who supplies the gas will not service the boiler and has not come to the house in 7 years, we have had an Ariston engineer to check the boiler and he said it is OK and working correctly but that I need a plumber as the water comes through luke warm in the kitchen and just above warm on the next 2 floor showers (Town House).  Do I need a Plumber and where can I find one in Orihuela Costa, near the Citrus Centre, I would love a recomendation for help!

Have you got any taps where it comes through hot? Is it that the further from the boiler, the cooler the water? Have you tried turning the temperature up on the boiler? Engineers will set the boiler to the best possible settings for the boiler to run effficiently. Do you have thermostatic shower valves? Are the pipes lagged?
My husband is a plumber, just fact finding!

I had a similar problem some years ago. It was due to low water inlet pressure and could not be solved. I had to buy a Spanish made boiler for low pressure.

I shall find out as someone has replied to look at the plumbing, this house is all fitted with

Spanish equipment, hopefully this will be solved this week, thank you for answering.

Not sure how to answer, water lukewarm nearest the boiler, so I will leave it for the plumber to tell me. Thank you for you reply.
