Just need to  know. If all utility offices are open to the  public.  

Like   water  electricity  suma  ect and banks.  

Before I  venture  over to Spain  to sort out a few things.

Banks and Electricity office in Torrevieja just join the queue, as for Suma, Padron, Water you will need to book appointments online to visit, if you have a digital certificate you can make payments or download certificates online.

I deal with this sort of stuff online, but of course it depends on why you need to talk to them?
