Water blockage

Hi
We have a blockage inbetween the outside water feed to the apartment does anybody know if this is the water boards problem or is it down to us to fix not sure of the laws thanks

If the problem is between the water meter and your property, it's your responsibility. If it's before the meter then responsibility is with the supplier.
