If you have no luck there is a website called buyspare.es where you type in what you need and it gives you guidance to diagnose your problem plus they sell the parts. Good luck :-)

For the cooker repair, I contacted:
Stewart 966 785 451. He covers domestic repairs of all white goods. He was friendly, respectful, punctual, professional and most of all very reasonably priced too. If that’s not enough, what a lovely chap too. Highly recommended. He saved me so much running around trying to sort parts with just one call, a 2 day lead time and the job was done. What a fabulous service.
