I’m helping a friend with some accessibility adjustments to their property.

Would anyone on the Forum know where I can look for a sturdy raised height toilet - 500 to 550mm please? I don’t even know what to ask Google for, to search the Internet, so any help would be much appreciated.

Hello,

I discovered this place when I worked for Age Concern in Torrevieja - Not a raised toilet but a raised toilet seat!  Have a look, it might be what you need

Your local pharmacy should have a catalogue of items for mobility they will order the item and it should only be a couple of days.

Worth a try.

Back in good old blighty the things what you seem to be looking for are commonly know as a

DOC M PACK and usually avaiable from most builders merchants what they are called in Spain

Dont Know ??? But should think someone at a good builders merchant will know ????

Could you raise the height of a standard wc with a concrete plinth underneath?

Good suggestion. I suspect they’ll want the area underneath unobstructed. But certainly worth looking at, as the only other options seem to be temporary add ons, which I know they don’t want. Cheers

Thank you. I’ll do some research. Cheers
