This Company sold me 2 air conditioners Fanworld in summer 2015. Both they were damaged (no gas) after 18 months. The Company fixed one machine after pushing them, but the 2nd machine was not fixed at all and after 2 weeks I was forced to call another Company to do the job.

Unsatisfied customer from Skandinavia

I understand now, that Fanworld is not a quality product. In my country, if the warranty period of the product is 1 year, producer/seller is obliged to fix the product, if it is broken before it's expected lifetime, which can't be only 18 months.

Fanworld units are sourced from Brico Depot, B and Q. Although cheapish, they will all now be inverters and should be relatively quiet. You are entitled to a Two Year Guarantee and the units should last a lot longer.

Thank you for the information. I haven't noticed any noice problem. It was only strange, that they both went out of order at the same time. Clima Split  fixed one machine, but gas into the other one was added by another company. Clima Split promised every day to come to fix  also the other one, but I couldn't wait longer than 2 weeks, because I didn't want my guests to freeze in the bedroom.

No problem. I assume both units are working again now?
