Would you rent in Villajoysa before you buy

New to Villajoysa want to make a start in Old town
I would always suggest renting first, the longer the better. A place may be fanatastic if you are only there for 2-3 weeks, but may turn out to be something else if you stay permanently. Make sure your place gets the sun, there isn't too much traffic or lots of noise from local bars etc. What ever you do, enjoy yourselves.
