We are looking to buy a holiday home in an area with plenty going on somewhere between Benidorm and torrevieja. We like a busy area with plenty to do , water park , zoo, aquarium, coastal walks, days out , near a beach , town , shopping centre . We love Benidorm but normally stay on the outskirts not wanting the party atmosphere. We do like quiz nights , nice meals and live music but not night clubs and British bars . We would prefer a gated community . Absolute perfection would be somewhere with hotel like facilities , restaurants/ entertainment on site / close by . Also near a bus route and accessible without s car . Eventually we would like to spend winters there and return to U.K. For summer . For now though just school holidays ( summer and Winter). Any tips on where to buy to fulfill our very ambitious requirements !

Many thanks

Thanks Pete,

We often come to Spain at the end of October / beginning of November but have usually been to the canaries or Madeira over new year . Yes maybe should try other times if the year too . Don't necessarily expect it to be hot in winter just hotter than U.K With plenty to do .

Thanks for the advise.
