Hi there, can anyone recommend where we can buy the cheapest ground cover, not something the dogs can tear up? In Villajoyosa or Alicante area.

Cheapest gravel or shells, anything to cover the quagmire of a garden 😩

Many thanks, Mel n Mic

Hi Mel

Go on google and input "gravel quarries in my area".. I did this 2 years ago and found one nearby max 10kms away, went in person and with Google translate(Spanish poor) managed to order a lorry of approx 15 tons at only 9.5cents a ton.and free delivery! We ended up with 65ton in all to cover a large area around the house (Campo house with 5k.sq mts of land) but wanted to cover about 2k sq mts. Garden centres were charging del charge of 40€ plus 30€ ton. Don't be put off by getting large amount (15 ton) it doesn't go that far and we really should have made it deeper as weeds were coming through in places so we,re going to thicken it up and get more. Definitely find your nearest quarry.

Hope this helps you.

Regards
