Hi

I have had my account for nearly a year with sabadell bank, it has decided this morning to lock me out! And ask for a code that has not been sent to me, and last code that was sent was in october last year! ( this code is not on list) 

I have tried calling, they could not understand! 

Anyone got any ideas of what i shall do🤷🏻‍♀️

Apart from visit the bank!( which i can gurantee will be a nightmare) I am over in spain in 12 days!

I never sent a number before 14th september

So no wonder they blocked account, have you any idea how I can sort?

I also have an Account with Sabadell & yes they are now asking for added security to access your Account online . 

If you are over in spain soon then im sure they will help you in the branch. Ive found the branch at La Zenia ( by the new mcdonalds) very helpful. In my experiemce, there is always someone that speaks reasonable English in there.

Hi Loopy, I agree with Paul. The branch at La Zenia is excellent and they will help you for sure. It is opposite the McDonalds on the boat roundabout. Good luck.

Received a mail from them the other day about the authentication code. It said you have to update your app before it works.

UK mobile numbers are fine to use for authentication.

And also, have you thought about e-mailing them to ask for help? I’m sure an e-mail address is available.

I had a pop up about the same thing from Bankia. Went into branch last week - they said I would get a second code when they implement the new (?Europe wide) extra security system. Hasn’t happened yet, though I expected it on 15 September.
