Hi, you could install Opera browser which has a built in VPN and is free however it really depends why you want the VPN and what you want to use it for, if its for streaming tv from the UK Opera would not be the best choice as its server options are limited.
If your not great with computers you might be better to get someone round to do this for you and explain how it works.
I have added a link below that tells you all you really need to know but if after reading your no further forward then go with getting someone in.

I use Opera for now 4 years, streaming movies and many other interesting stuff and get an average speed of 30 Kb/s over fibre-optic cable, which is not bad for my needs. My provider is Movistar, basic service (300MB data) for slightly more than 30,-/mo. If you do not have a landline connection, consider 5G wireless offered by Movistar and Vodafone for less than 40,-/mo.

most VPN's self install with minimum input from you if you want a free one try windscribe. otherwise just search for VPN download the one you want and you should be up & running in a couple of minutes.
Good luck, Ian
