Looking for a gardener in Villamartin

I have been an odd job man for 3 years now in the area and would be happy to give you a price for maintaining your garden, however, I do not have a lawnmower so unless you have one I can't really be of help. See my forum ad below....

Retired local resident looking for a few hours work per week.

Gardening: Weeding, pruning and cutting back and ongoing maintenance contracts.

Painting: Garden railings,ballustrades and Gates plus inside / outside of properties.

Cleaning: Sweeping and mopping of patios and outside spaces.

 A pre visit service of any of the above jobs is also offered.

Thanks for the reply. I don't have a lawnmower. 

However as luck would have it the previous owners had a gardener who kept things ticking over and he turned up just after I posted to cut the grass ! So I have kept him on so hopefully I am fine for a gardener now.

we have a holiday home on the valencias urb also, for around the last 10 years. it is lovely there. what part (I, II, III or IV) are you?

i'm on valencias I and you can opt into the gardening upkeep within your community fees if you want your garden done on a regular basis by the resident gardeners.

Thanks for the reply and opting in to gardening as part of the community fees sounds like a good option - I wasn't aware that we could do that. I have now paid the existing gardener to the end of September so I can decide if I want to go that route when the fees are due.

We are also in Valencia I. Although we had spent a lot of time holidaying in Villamartin we hadn't really seen the Valencia urb until we starting looking for a property and we agree it's a lovely location - we have just spent our first two week holiday in the house and had a great time.  I will send you a private message with the house number so if you are passing you'll know where we are.
