I am visiting the Villamartin area this week with a view to purchasing property. 2 bed/2 bath minimum. Preferably in an area that is walking distance to local amenities and not overly surrounded by holiday lets. Would appreciate any advice or recommendations. I currently have bieqeof arranged with 2 estate agents for Friday but that is all. Thanks

There is a 2 bed apartment just come on market in Valencia Norte villamartin. Just a 3 min stroll to the plaza. Very quiet area.
