Yes, no problem.
Prices are controlled, so it doesn't matter which chemist you go to. And you may well find that prices are lower than the cost of a prescription in the UK.

Hi I'm on 2 blood pressure tablets a day and buy them here they are also cheaper than a prescription in the UK.

The pharmacies in Spain are all regulated and prices are the same across the board. Prescription medicines are available over the counter but prices can vary, one medicine I am on would cost around 10 Euros for a months supply while another would be only 2 Euros for a months supply.
