Property wanted to buy: 3 bed villa possibly with underbuild and swimming pool
My husband and I, having looked in various areas, without success, have now decided to view properties in Villamartin, flying out on 24th February to view a few, and to look around the area, as it was recommended.
We want to be around expats, and English/Spanish speaking neighbours. Both early 60's and wanting to become residents if we find the wright property.
Can anyone honestly tell is what it is like living in Blue Lagoon, as we love the style of detached properties seen on various web sites. Any comments on neighbouring areas are welcomed. We do not and will not possibly own a car wen we first arrive, so need to be near amenities. Trying to avoid being overlooked! and not new build. Aprox price anything up to 250,000 eur and furnished.
