We bought in Villamartin July 2020, not been back since we bought it, anyway lawyers sent email regarding
income tax for non residents, only 7 euros each for me and my partner, but they want 100 euros to do it for us, is there a cheaper way of doing it myself?

Hi,
We used Angar Taxation Services which was highly recommended to us on the forum.
He charges 20 euros per person plus your Non residents tax.
Fully completed in a cpl of days.

Hi Marion,
I would recommend this company, who can also do your Non-resident tax by email. They charge by the property, rather than the number of owners.

Hi GTMK,
Non-resident tax is payable by the 31 December each year, unless you rent your property, in which case the rental income has to be declared on a quarterly basis.
We have a tax advisor, Abaco, who completed the Modelo 210 form on our behalf and so they received the bill for our first year as Non-residents, and told us how much we had to pay.
