My Bankinter account has been Deactivated, I managed to phone the Bank and was asked by a humanoid to enter my reference number. Can anyone tell me what form this number takes, I tried IBAN, account number and a few others. Can anyone put me in the right direction.

Is it the ID you use to log into internet banking. Which is a mixture of a letters and numbers.
Mines two letters and five numbers.

Have you tried your NIE number? I have to use mine, plus my pass code, to log into my Sabadell online banking.

I would agree that would identify me but I got stopped after 4 characters I will try on monday I only logged on yesterday shortly before closing time. cheers John

With my Bankinter account I was given a card with numbers on it that I have to enter from a randomly generated grid reference on the Bankinter website.I have also had to do this in branch.I was given this card 17 years ago when I opened the account.

I have now found a 6 digit number which gets me past the first stage. I’m now asked for my 4 digit Personal access code used for telephone banking, which I don’t have, and don’t use. As DUI suggested I was expecting to use the card which generates a random number. I have E-mailed my lawyer to see if they can help.

You are right Kimmy it’s a 4 digit PAC number which may have bee given 12 years ago, but can’ be found now.
