We are looking to buy a property in villa martin and are looking for advise on a mortgage advisor please if anyone knows a good one would be very much appreciated

Mortgages are usually dealt directly with the banks. Ask more than one. Positive: they'll value the property at their real market value.
If you are wanting to rent it out as a tourist let to cover costs, please make sure it qualifies for a Tourist Licence as it is illegal to rent it without one.

Hi thank you I won’t be letting it out as it will be a holiday home to start with and hopefully moving out here as soon as possible
